Research Data Management: Tips and Tricks for Doctoral Students
Research Data Management (RDM) is a set of practices that helps researchers organize, structure, store and share data during and after the research project.The course will give an overview of good Research Data Management practices as well as tools and services for data management and digital preservation offered at the University of Vienna. Using your examples, we will discuss how to document your research data, which formats you should work with and how to share your data with others safely during and after your dissertation project.Raman Ganguly from the University Computer Center of the University of Vienna and Susanne Blumesberger from the Vienna University Library will guide you through the most important questions regarding the management of your research data and help you find solutions to any issues that might arise.THE COURSE LANGUAGE IS ENGLISH
